Set a reminder on a note

A reminder brings a note back when you need it. Reminders belong to the note itself, so they travel with it when it syncs, and one note can hold as many reminders as you like.

Add a reminder

In the web app, open the note, press Cmd/Ctrl+K for the command palette, and choose Set reminder. The Reminders dialog offers quick options (Later today, This evening, In the morning, Next week) or Custom reminder, where you pick the exact date, time, and repeat rule.

In the iPhone and iPad app and the Mac app, add a reminder from the note editor: choose the date and time under When, and optionally a Repeat rule.

Where notifications arrive

Caliu delivers each reminder to every device where you're signed in: a browser notification for the web app, and regular system notifications on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Delivery comes from Caliu's server, so notifications arrive even when the app isn't open.

Snooze and dismiss

When a reminder fires, you can snooze it: 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, or Tomorrow 9 AM. Or dismiss it, which moves it to the note's Past reminders. Snoozing and dismissing sync across your devices too.
