Tags, pins, archive, trash, and keeping your library tidy.
- Organize with tagsType a hashtag anywhere in a note and it becomes a tag in your sidebar.
- Nested tagsBuild tag hierarchies with a slash, like a work tag with projects inside.
- Rename, pin, and remove tagsRenaming a tag rewrites it in every note. Pin your favorites, and empty tags clean themselves up.
- Pins and sorting notesPin important notes to the top, choose a sort order, or drag notes into your own order.
- Archiving notesMove finished notes out of sight without deleting them. Archived notes keep their tags forever.
- Trash and deleting notesDeleted notes wait in the Trash for 30 days before they are removed for good.
- Select multiple notesSelect several notes at once to pin, tag, archive, export, or delete them together.
